I’m delighted to be taking part of the Witney Carnival parade on Saturday 9th July. Witney Freemasons, wearing colourful kit, will join other charity, civic, volunteer and community groups, as we circumnavigate the lovely market town on foot. We set off from the Lees Rec’ Ground.

What a brilliant day at Witney Carnival on Sat 9th July. A group of us representing all Oxfordshire Freemasons took part in the huge procession that circumnavigated the pretty Cotswold market town. 1,000s of townspeople lined the streets as we paraded by in full dress regalia.

We set ourselves a fundraising target of £1 million pounds to the Masonic Charitable Foundation. Oxfordshire Freemasons smashed it! The MCF supports local, national and international charities and causes. From special needs babies and children, to medical research and lifeboats.

Our Ring doorbell proximity sensor went off at 02:11 this morning. “Must be a cat?” Said my wife Ingy. I thought I’d better check…
