Change is uncomfortable and hard as hell. When leaders expect others to change without participating + holding themselves accountable - it’s almost impossible. When leaders show up and model the vulnerability required for transformation change - it’s often unstoppable.

Finished another one. This years my word is Transform. Part of that was transforming how I spend time & working on mindset. This book is now number 4 finished. SO worth it for every educator who may need a little boost or mindset shift. #hmschampions #ccboe

We need to learn to manage our emotions and achieve inner peace. Our education should include an understanding of how to achieve peace of mind. Education should teach us how to live properly, how to balance our wish for physical comfort with mental comfort.

Sometimes, gifts have more meaning than you can ever explain. Thankful for this one from a student.

There is time for us to create a better, happier world, but we can’t sit back and expect a miracle. We each have actions we must take, by living our lives meaningfully — helping others whenever we can and making every effort to do them no harm.
