Not impressed with mkt - lodged a complaint - advised someone from resolution team would call me two weeks ago - chased up - advised someone would call - still nothing! So much for resolving an issue!!!

Poor form from #vwfs - car stood on drive for a year due to covid - #vwfs insist that car maintenance plan is paid - car hasn't moved other than to keep the batter charged - surely it is not unreasonable to consider extending the contract?
