Recently had a horrible experience checking in to a HILTON hotel. WE booked the reservation on the HILTON website and used over 400,000 point to secure the reservation. Agreed to pay additional $$$ for an upgrade. Upon arrival the hotel did not recognize the points. we paid $$

Trying to resolve a problem with Hilton Honors. They are not interested in customer service from Hilton Honors. They don’t care about loyal customers.

After some back and forth messages today, Hilton clearly is not interested in in customer satisfaction. Be careful in dealing with Hilton Honors. They will rip you off if you are using your points to make a reservation. Lousy customer service.

Hilton Honors has apparently lost interest in resolving problem. They lack basic integrity and any sense of ethics in the matter I am trying resolve. BE CAREFUL if you ever Ryan to make a reservation using points that you have earned. they will rip you off.

Just waiting for Hilton Honors to get their act together regarding their mistake with my reservation using points. They say that it is “fair” to return only 100,000 points rather than the 416,000 points deducted but NOT applied. Not fair, not ethical.
