Sold TheWorldOfWellness.com for $24,500. Purchased 15 years prior for $59 with no significant offers in 15 years. I'd like to thank RickSchwartz.com 👑 Domain King® 👑 Since 1995 for everything and his insight. Even though I'm not where I want to be yet, I'm in a much better position than in 2018.

There's a lot of businesses being created out there. The pandemic closed a huge number of businesses. Over the years I check on certain brands that might become customers and I'd say 50% or more closed down during the pandemic. Now, I'm seeing a surge in businesses popping up

While I'm updating pricing, I removed the prices on more than half my names. During this process I've received price requests from buyers. For 2-3 of the requests, a mid-large company recently started or was planning to use the same brand for one of their flagship services or

Useful renewal hack. To help decide which domains to keep, I realized you can bulk upload into NameBio's $25 plan. Then you can easily see which domains have sales or auction history. Some have multiple entries. That must have been from renewing after the auction closed.

There are two types of customers: -Customers who think a $10k website is absurdly expensive. -Customers who think a $10k website is absurdly cheap. They key is finding enough of that second type to build a good company. You CANNOT make real money working for the first.

Sold this week! Congrats to the buyers. Check them out in the next couple months if you’re looking to up your baseball ⚾️ game of if you have kids in baseball looking to improve their batting skills.

Massive deal for your company at that price... Should never have been sold that low. "Ours is cofounders . com. Not a bad get for $65k, in our opinion. We'd have paid much, much more."

It is impossible to overstate what happened on the shores of Texas, or what’s happened for two decades in El Segundo, the little industrial town south of Los Angeles where SpaceX was born. In its infancy, the country was reeling from horror. Only months before SpaceX’s inception
