What‘a happened recently? Why’re people now demonizing you for having natural, initial reactions to uncomfortable topics. Why aren’t we allowed to make earnest statements about our feelings anymore. Why’re the only emotions allowed now just stoicism or perverse gratification

the problem isn't that a lot of you like "dark themes" it's that a lot of you enjoy gooning off to marginalised, often feminised groups being brutalized under the guise being alternative and subversive and get mad what told to reflect on that just a little bit

It would be one thing if you were genuinely interested in exploring and portraying these themes to mean something but at the end of the day all I see is mostly women children and feminised men being subjected to pornified fascist violence, nothing that would suggest maturity

and let's not forget that when someone actually takes the time to portray these themes carefully with intent behind it many of you are also incapable of respecting that and automatically need to sexualise the subject at hand. this is not what someone would consider intellectual
