Big changes are coming to Yonge and Steeles, where over 25,000 residential units are planned, including towers up to 65 storeys. This surge in density comes ahead of the TTC Line 1 subway extension to Richmond Hill.

Approximately 7,000 residential units are planned surrounding Eglinton Ave W & Caledonia Rd, including towers up to 60 storeys.

Approximately 4,800 residential units are planned surrounding the Victoria Park and Sheppard intersection, including towers up to 45 storeys.

Over 3,700 residential units are planned surrounding the Don Mills and Lawrence intersection, including towers up to 34 storeys.

Over 4,000 residential units are planned surrounding the Bathurst and St Clair intersection, including towers up to 41 storeys. The area is serviced by St Clair West subway station along TTC Line 1.

Future growth projected for Yonge and Eglinton, where over 20,000 residential units are currently planned, including towers up to 70 storeys.

Over 8,000 residential units are planned in Etobicoke’s Mimico neighbourhood, including towers up to 55 storeys.

Approximately 20,000 residential units are planned surrounding the Don Mills and Eglinton intersection, and over 10,000 units further east of Don Valley Parkway.

Big changes are coming to Mount Pleasant and Eglinton — approximately 7,800 residential units are planned within 300 metres of the intersection, including towers up to 65 storeys.

Toronto now has 9 supertall skyscrapers (300m+) in the pipeline — 3 are under construction and 6 are proposed or approved. This includes the latest proposal: a 96 storey, 333 metre tall tower part of the College Park Redevelopment.

Nearly 30,000 residential units are planned surrounding Highway 7 and Weston Road in Vaughan, including towers up to 57 storeys. #Vaughan #urbanplanning
