Just finished pressing the last apples from our ridge and furrow orchard. A very nice selection including Ellis Bitter, Porter's Perfection, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Sweet Coppin, Harry Masters, Browns, and Kingston Black. All wild yeast fermented. 100% juice.

Justin is making some really great #craftcider at Ridge & Furrow Cider in East Devon from newly-restored orchards planted on ridges with furrows for drainage. Produced by 'arrested fermentation', Ridge & Furrow is naturally sweeter and won Supreme Champion at the Devon County Show 2019.
