Some adults can think back to a single teacher who didn’t give up on them -- who helped them get it turned around.  This year… you can be that teacher! And that student is so fortunate to be in your class!

Some adults in school are good at pouring gasoline on a tiny fire. Not saying the kid isn't at fault, rude, disrespectful, etc...Simply asking do you pour water or gasoline? The goal is to defuse every time. #classroommangement #thatonekid

You don’t build rapport with teachers through emails.  You do it by walking the halls and being in their rooms…. connecting with them where THEY are. You build it through conversations.
