Has anybody here ever fired a client for plain rudeness? They pay on time, I'm getting them good results, but the main contact (and most of the team to be honest) is just so insufferably rude. Ignoring emails then demanding a response weeks later at drop of a hat, for example.

I love short meetings. Nothing better than a meeting that's booked for 30 mins finishing after 5, and you've suddenly got a whole heap of extra time.

A client just sent me a file I needed for part of a project SEVEN MONTHS (not days, not weeks, months) after I requested it and sent several follow ups via email, phone and SMS. We've been working on other stuff in the meantime, but I'm honestly shook.
