Please save the date for the EPF European Polymer Congress 2025 - June 22-27, 2025! We are happy to announce our first plenary speaker. See you all next year in Groningen! University of Groningen KNCV European Polymer Congress 2022
Today, we're thrilled to announce Markus Gallei from Universität Saarland and Priyadarsi De @BIPOLOffic877949 from IISER Kolkata as our next two speakers. We eagerly anticipate their talks on recent research topics. #IP24Mainz is approaching, so does the early bird deadline-register now!
Delighted to announce that Junpo He, organizer of the 2019 IP meeting from Fudan University, will be joining us in Mainz to present his latest research. Additionally, Katja Loos from University of Groningen will be delivering a lecture at #IP24Mainz. We're excited to welcome and learn from both
Two experts in the analysis of block copolymers! We're eagerly anticipating the lectures by Felix Schacher (Universität Jena) and Apostolos Avgeropoulos (University of Ioannina) as part of the #IP24Mainz lineup. Please note that the deadline for oral contributions is approaching!!
Approaching the final invited speakers: Stefan Naumann from Uni Stuttgart and Brett Fors from Cornell University. Exciting presentations await as they share their intriguing research at #IP24Mainz. Deadline for oral communications closes in two days!!
The final plenary speaker is yet to be announced: we eagerly await the presentation by Theresa M. Reineke from University of Minnesota, sharing the research of Reineke Group . This serves as a final reminder to submit an abstract for one of the 22 oral presentations. Deadline is tomorrow, May 8th!
We nearly forgot to highlight this recent work from out group! Tackling the water-initiation, we report on the synthesis of CO2-based polycarbonates with low Tgs derived from long-chain terpenes. Check it out at ACS Publications ! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
Yet another nice work published at ACS Publications and just awarded with a poster price at IUPAC Macro2024 Conference-University of Warwick. We reported on fully biobased ABA-type TPEs via the anionic polymerization. A telechelic approach gave high perfoming materials in one single step! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
What a fantastic experience! Last week's IUPAC Macro2024 Conference-University of Warwick was incredibly enriching for all our group members in attendance. A heartfelt thank you to the organizers! We're excited to integrate the inspirations from these fruitful discussions into our upcoming research endeavors. 👨🏻🔬👩🏼🔬
Check out our latest publication in Polymer Chemistry!🧐 We've reported on the anionic polymerization of phenyl-substituted isoprene derivatives. In cooperation with Heinze_Lab, we explored cyclization-enabled fluorescence.🖱️Discover all details here: pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
Spotlight on Methyl tert-Butyl Ether (MTBE)! Is MTBE an underrated player in living anionic polymerization? We’ve explored this intriguing question in our latest study. Don't miss out—discover our findings now in ACS Publications pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
Think anionic ring opening polymerization can't happen in the presence of water? Think again!💧 In our recent paper in MRC from Wiley STEM, we share our unexpected findings about the AROP of epoxides at the static interface between oil and alkaline water. doi.org/10.1002/marc.2…
Even while hosting a conference on ionic polymerization where we rarely show our activities on that field, there's no reason not to share our latest work on CO2-based polycarbonates from biobased cyclic terpenes! Head over to Polymer Chemistry to check it out. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
We're excited to announce the mini-review on the current state of anionic polymerization of 1,3-dienes now published Polymer Chemistry!🎉This comprehensive overview is highlighted with a cover and is available as open access for a limited time. Don't miss out! pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
