Hi @eon_next I bought a house yesterday and it looks like it's got an online only credit meter with a minus £26 balance on it from the previous owner - how can I go about getting this cleared and set up an account for me to top it up whilst I apply to change it to a credit meter?

Hi Currys I had delivery today of a washer/dryer but unfortunately you couldn't fit it or take away the old one and needed to send an integration team. Sadly the machine needs fitting today so we've had to make alternative arrangements - how do I get a refund for these? Thanks
