Thanks to CVE-2010-1797 (initially used by jailbreakme.com v2), we now have unsigned code execution on iPod Nano 6G and Nano 7G! Stay tuned for more updates.

S5Late just released - a tethered bootrom/DFU for iPod Nano 7G (and possibly Nano 6G), granting unsigned code execution! github.com/m-gsch/S5Late

Turns out you could access DiagShell in iPod Nano7 without any exploit by just sending the diag image after WTF. And memrw works so you can read/write anywhere 🙃
