Fredrick Bowers has worked hard this spring. Fred has been asked to play bigger in certain tournaments and has accepted the challenge and guarded kids with more size . Fred had a solid weekend all around most notably hitting some big shots and defending hard. Zach Miller

That's a wrap on the spring. ILLINOIS ATTACK 16u Jarvis goes 4 - 1 on the weekend to win the division. 21 - 11 for the spring, every one of these guys got better and sharpened strengths and focused on opportunities. Go be great for your schools in June. See ya in july..

Fredrick Bowers has come back from June break ready to hoop. He had a great week in practice, and this weekend attacked off the dribble scoring buckets and getting to the free throw line. His length is a big plus to his defensive game. Keep working Fred. Zach Miller

proud of this group went 6-2 National Summer Classic . Tough competition and we finish beating a terrific Canada Team to win 3rd. Great kids who all contributed to the cause. It is amazing how much we accomplished cause no one cared who got the credit. Keep working future is bright.

Fredrick Bowers had a breakout summer. Fred worked hard on his shot and turned himself into a solid threat. Fred was one of our better defenders and uses his length as a valuable weapon. Proud of your focus on increasing your basketball IQ and your commitment to your process.
