Hey, FDCServers.NET, our volunteering team has made several contacts due to an issue with a machine, but they haven't heard back yet. How can we expedite this? Our tenants are being impacted by this issue.

We are having significant disruptions and degradations of service with no ETR. If you are a current tenant we encourage you to make offsite backup a priority and to seek alternative hosting.

For anyone still using Fosshost for anything GTFO Today our primary internal C&C node went offline (due to non-payment). It no longer possible for staff to trouble shoot or resolve issues with VMs, hypervisor access for staff and tenants is gone, etc.
