It’s honestly a miracle he survived the near death car accident, let alone fight his way back to the NHL.. it’s hard to put into words his daily determination. He’s a fighter beyond belief. The surgeon said if the 14 breaks in his nose was 2mm closer to his brain he would’ve been

Hard knowing the #Flames will ultimately miss the playoffs for the third-straight year, but I must say, this season was a lot of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. The future is bright for this group 🔥 GFG!

These online “fans” are driving me nuts. “Should’ve punted the year for a draft pick”. F off. You’ve got a Calder trophy candidate in net who was the literal last pick of his draft class. #flames

Weird season for #Flames fans. Tightest group we’ve seen in 2-3 years. A young core emerges with plenty of money to sign them long term.. this org has a different feel to it (that’s a win 4 me). Guess: mostly same roster next year - minus 2/3 vets. Top 10 pick. 1 big FA signing

The C of Red was absolute 🔥 this season. The crowd noise, whether it be chanting and cheering for the #Flames or booing and jeering opponents or officials, adds so much to our broadcasts on Sportsnet 960. Thanks a lot, Calgary Flames fans 👊🏼

In the Dome Remember when Kadri called team-tank losers? It’s almost like they don’t enjoy it when fans troll them. If it hurts when someone criticizes you back, maybe don’t insult them first. What did you think was going to happen? You told grown men to tank their careers.

Flames will finish with more points than at least two playoff teams in the Eastern Conference, and could end up finishing ahead of three playoff teams. They're five points up on the Canadiens right now, who are in a playoff spot. There's that Eastern bias again!

The Wranglers dropped an 8-3 decision to the San Jose Barracuda on home ice at the Scotiabank Saddledome April 18, with goals coming from Martin Frk, Carter Wilkie, and William Strömgren.

#Flames Rasmus Andersson on team tank portion of the fan base: “No player in the NHL wants to lose a game. Losing is never an option. If you’re cheering for us to lose I don’t think you’re a real fan”

Robert Munnich (@ringoffirecgy) 's Twitter Profile Photo

"If you're cheering for us to lose, i'm sorry, I don't think you're a real fan." Andersson says that 90% of the fan base is great. The 10% that makes up team tank are not real fans. 🎥: FlamesTV | #Flames

The trade Andersson folks are insane. You watched an entire season of Jake Bean, Joel Hanley, and Kevin Bahl and you've said "yes, sign me up for more of that"

Robert Munnich I actually completely agree with this. Cheering for losses is really stupid and is not the same as desiring a rebuild so we can get some elite talent. If you can’t be happy when the team scores you aren’t a real fan
