This week we took some of our service users from the learning disability wards to the #KoestlerExhibition in Southbank. The work on display was absolutely incredible. We look forward to going back next year!

Autistic masking is exhausting. Although it can be a privilege to be able to mask at times, research shows that masking contributes to autistic burnout and poor well-being. Not all autistic people mask, but for those of us that do here are just a few of the ways we may mask.
