Early in my PT career, I spent a lot of time studying slow-motion videos 馃帴 Here鈥檚 the issue鈥攕winging and throwing are one continuous 'Flow'! When we break down the movement into parts without bringing it back to that full global 'Flow,' we create more problems than we solve!
