The Florida Digital Service empowers Florida's government workforce through educational courses such as ‘Organizational Change Management 101'. In this course, State leadership and teams gained essential strategies for navigating transitions through interactive discussions.

Florida Digital Service, in collaboration with Florida PALM, hosted a training session on developing and executing Agency-Specific Training Plans. Attendees gained practical guidance, insights, and resources to create effective training plans tailored to their agencies.

Thank you to the Florida Bar Administrative Law Section for inviting COO Benjamin Melnick to speak at the Pat Dore Conference on Florida’s technology initiatives and the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Florida Digital Service launched its Project Management Community of Practice with a roundtable bringing agencies together to share challenges, best practices, and strategies for developing and elevating project management talent across the state.
