Just an FYI for those interested…WS/FC Schools has 3 pages of Executive Directors, Directors and Assistant Directors in their employee directory. Meanwhile, many school-based staff members across the district are receiving emails this week letting them know they are a part of the RiF!

The more I hear about it and the impact it has, the angrier I get. Tricia McManus can you believe this? Up to 350 positions are being cut in WS/FC Schools bc of the misuse & mismanagement of district funds dating back to 2017! Is that not wild?!? Btw, how’s the Sunshine State treating

At this point in the game, we must change our mindset from “That’s not my job,” to “How can I help?” Staff members in WS/FC Schools need the support! Turning a blind eye to a need ultimately impacts our students!

Two people came up to me during the #AMLE25 conference and said, “I know you from somewhere.” or “I’ve heard your name before.” A simple reminder that your name is being spoken in spaces where you have no idea you have a presence in. I receive the blessings that come from this!

Finally made it home from the #AMLE25 conference! A wonderful week learning great instructional practices, meeting amazing people and finding time to even see my family while in Indy! Beyond #blessed for opportunity!
