Not a medical drama guy. Was too young to watch ER. But I LOVED Noah Wyle's new Max series THE PITT, which is like ER meets 24. It follows one 15-hour shift that unfolds over 15 episodes. Breakneck pacing. Great cast. Strong writing. Tons of gore. Highly recommended.
