I was in college from 91-95 and it was the best time of my life. There were no protests, no social media, politics didn't divide us and we accepted people for who they were and loved them anyway. What in the hell happened in one generation to turn campuses into actual hellscapes?

Update: Praising God for moving through joyful tears. God moved and the doctors called us from downstairs to tell his he was stable on the vent and his oxygen looks good. The nurse said I don’t know what happened but he finally turned the corner and is now stable on the vent.

He’s having a very rough time please please please pray now.

The doctors need wisdom now. None of this makes sense to them. Please please please God help them and help Landon. Please oh please Lord. He needs help now

Tonight’s Update: He’s been stable all day and they’ve been able to turn down the oxygen on the vent. No one knows why he had issues last night and this morning. Ways to pray:

He’s continued to have a great day. They took him off the paralytic (he was on for 36hrs because they had to prone him). He’s opened his eyes and moved his arms, still sleepy and sedated. Breathing over the vent. Doing fantastic on the vent settings they lowered

Landon just threw a football to my dad on a vent sitting in his bed 😭. Praising God for that! We all really needed that today. Landon’s favorite thing to do is to throw a football.

Morning Update: No more throwing up, praise God! Landon did a great job with PT/OT and they helped hold him up while he stood. Waiting for the team to round but he should be getting breaks from the negative pressure, turtle shell machine today.
