This one is making the rounds on Facebook. Guess what? It's not Ashurbanipal's library. It's an Inca ceremonial site in Qenqo in Peru. No Sumerian star maps there, I'm afraid. Another fabrication from the fantasy archaeology sphere.

From Leor Halevi's Muhammad's Grave. I never noticed this before -- who else has worked on this? Apparently there's a Hebrew treatise called Ketsad Din ha-Qever (In What Manner is the Punishment of the Grave?)

Okay I’m getting tired of the slop. There is nothing that suggests the sacrament of Holy Orders is invalid for married men. Our Eastern Churches allow married men to be ordained and many are. We also recognize EO holy orders.

Jonté Common errors are thinking faith is blind without reason and that reason makes faith unnecessary. True faith perfects reason and never contradicts it. youtu.be/S0tyRvSIEH4?si…

The claim that orphan genes contradict evolution rests on a misunderstanding of biology and on a theologically flawed assumption about how God creates. Orphan genes, defined as genes without recognizable homologues in other lineages, aren't evidence of special creation.🧵

This reminds me of Cosmas Indicopleustes. A flat earther. But ironically, his writings have many good details that give us a lot of insight into the world of antiquity. For a flat earther, he proves to be an interesting and reliable guide.

Reading this, I realise that the dawah mind-virus has scarcely evolved over the centuries. The same recycled objections voiced by da‘wah clowns today had already been raised in ages past, and Abu Ra’itah’s apologies had met and dismantled most of them long before our time.

The earth is probably around 4.6 billion years old. It’s possible to be an Evolutionist and a devout Christian. Big Bang Cosmology is THE best and clearest proof of design for the universe.

Wow. 'The paper suggests that the name of the Meccan Kaʿbah, and the Kaʿbah of Najrān, both derived from the ancient South Arabian term kʿbt, supposedly as a variant of the term kʾbt, which designates a high structure, probably with a protective function against water, a term

"Jagal: Acts of Killing" documentary shows those executioners still proud of themselves for killing those alleged communists. They laughed and happily recalled the way they tortured and slaughtered those people.

Arguably this is also the reason that Anatolia didn't fell to early Arab Muslim conquest after Heraclius choose to abandon Levant, laid waste to many towns, and retreat to beyond Taurus mountain. The mountanious terrain of Anatolia serve a huge problem to Arab horse cavalry.

This is basically how to summarize the Third Mongol Invasion of Europe lmao. The Polish and Hungarians went into their fortressess, emptied their villages and burned their food supplies except the one in their fortressess, and harassed the Mongol main force (No direct battle).
