So very disappointed Dell. Bought a new laptop to play video games from shockwave. Game worked beautifully the first day but second day it could not find the game file to launch. Dell wanted $180 to have tech support tell me why. Shipping back to Dell today 😪

#sixFlagsConsumerTrap if you make a purchasing mistake on their site they are not accommodating to refund requests- even when you have already made the correct repurchase! Danger! Danger! Be warned! Not the friendly service the company fronts in advertising!

Six Flags New England consumer be wary. I got ripped off because I bought tickets for the wrong park. Pricing was different when I bought for new park so 100% penalty on 4 season passes! Very disappointed in the service level from six flags.

#SixFlagsRipoffBeware If you are a potential customer please beware of the terms and conditions before you buy your tickets. Even if you purchase a second correct set you take a 100% penalty on a purchase. The customer Service is TERRIBLE and not at all accommodating.
