Congratulations to the roughly 200 High School Student Musicians who performed at last week's Pops Concert! Kudos also to our Tri-M chapter. Over 60 students have joined, and they will complete over 1,200 hours of community service in our community this year.

We were happy to host the CCMTA Music Teacher Inservice today. We welcomed 45 music teachers from across Chautauqua County to enjoy 12 different sessions from fantastic presenters. Congratulations to all involved!

Many thanks to all of our Veterans today. Our country would not be what it is without you. Our Madrigal Singers and two of our HS Trumpets were honored to perform at FCSD’s Veterans Day celebration last week.

Many thanks to the methods students from SUNY Fredonia who helped our HS Band students work on their chamber music for upcoming winter community outreach performances.

A Fredonia Music Tradition continues. Any Fredonia Band Alumni or Community Members are welcome to join the HS Band in a performance of "Christmas Festival," at our HS Winter Concert on 12/17 at 7 pm. No RSVP needed. If you would like music ahead of time contact Mr. Bennett.

Today some of our student musicians performed chamber music for the residents of Fredonia Place. They were a great audience! Congratulations to all involved.

Our FES Hillbilly Harmonics and Rockin' Recorders kids were busy spreading holiday cheer this past weekend! Hillbilly Harmonics and Rockin' Recorders provided carols and songs at the PTO Scavenger Hunt and our Hillbilly Harmonics ushered in Miracle on Main St.!

This weekend some of our High School student musicians were happy to perform at FCSD's Santa's Workshop. Many thanks to the HS Student Council for hosting such a great event for our community.

On Friday we held our annual moving up days in Band, Chorus, and Orchestra. Our 8th graders rehearsed with our current High School students to get ready for next year. 239 students participated!
