"Brave Men As Ever Fought," painted by Don Troiani, recreates the Rhode Island Regiment’s march through Philadelphia in 1781. Following today's presentation, it is on display in the State House Charter Museum. It is on loan to RI250 from the Museum of the American Revolution.
