Real cops wear badges, ID and don't wear masks. They aren't sent to training schools UNTIL they pass drug tests and have cleared background including LiveScans. DHS has sent new hires to training only for them to fail drug tests & have criminal backgrounds incl armed robbery.

The new hires who got the $50K bonuses are so mediocre they couldn't pass their written exams. DHS' response was to let them take open book exams instead. They still failed them. They aren't running fingerprints 4 backgrounds forcing new hires to be the ones disclosing crimes
