Please, when I’m 80 with a rupture. Do #EVAR on me. The comments of do open to save an accessory renal artery is just not worth what it entails to recover at that age IMHO. Furthermore, one could repair that accessory with either a fenestration or an in situ laser fen. #AortaEd
