Congrats to Dr. Vesela Kovacheva on receiving an NIH OT1 grant to advance her work on developing ethical, multimodal AI tools to predict preeclampsia risk. This funding will help her leverage genomics, clinical data, & machine learning to improve outcomes for mothers and babies.

We're looking forward to our next journal club on a very important topic, the exclusion of pregnant women from clinical drug studies and its implications. Our fellow, Dr. Katie Chan will lead what is sure to be a great discussion!
