I feel like this should be relatively easy for you to answer @BrewDogJames. What, with you being anti-corruption and anti-human rights abuse and all.

Following consultation with ourselves & our members across #Brewdog B Corp UK B Lab have done the right thing & stripped them of their “ethical” status. No employer who refuses to engage with the union for its workforce deserves to call itself progressive.
