Great to see NIVA - National Independent Venue Association make a stand on "spec selling" for the Oasis US shows. As highlighted by TSecrime in their prosecution of UK ticket touts, "spec selling" is fraud. Ticket touting websites like viagogo and StubHub rely upon these anti-consumer practices.
