Yesterday, KU Cancer Center's Cancer Biology research program held it's annual meeting, with individuals joining both in-person and virtually. Along with a full day of programming, there were two poster sessions where members could present their work to peers. #WeAreNCIDesignated

Today is 🧬Amy Whitaker's last day in lab and we will miss her.😢 She opened the the lab with me (first lab pic) and was part of all the growth (most recent lab pic). It's time for her to kick ass Fox Chase Cancer Center running her own lab. We are proud of you Amy and good luck. 🎉🧬🍾

The culmination of Max Fairlamb🔬🔛🧬 thesis work is out Journal of Biological Chemistry! 🥳 Max built a #smTIRF system to investigate how DNA repair intermediates are passed between APE1 and Pol Beta.
