The moment of the final goal of the 2022 world cup as seen from Parque Centenario, Buenos Aires. Absolutely indescribable what it is like here right now. The entire country is shut down to celebrate. Party time!!

Every time I go to buy fitness equipment recently I'm bombarded with more and more "tactical" stuff. Guys, chill tfo. No wonder everyone's constantly on edge - wtf war are you getting ready for? A little less macho-for-no-reason crap and a little more practicality, please.

I see articles now written by gen-x-ers surprised that gen-z-ers don't know how to use "basic technology" like scanners or OS filesystems. Gen-z knows how to use APPs, not the technology that scaffolded all of that stuff. They arent technical users. Don't deceive yourselves.

Milestone day for F3 Puget Sound as it splits into THREE separate regions. Good leadership from Nantan Cowboy over there to make a good call and keep things BURNIN! Here's to many more years!

Last night over a dozen men from F3 Puget Sound & F3Seattle performed a Canned Food Ruck as the June 3GR event. Just under $1000 worth of food was donated to the Edmonds Food Bank after a 6.8 mile ruck to Costco and back. 3rd F of #F3 in action. #HIM

Maybe I'm missing something about who this guy is and how important he is and all that, but I'd imagine the way he talks about his employees in this video is probably indicative of this "management" style. Sounds like a boss, not a leader. Loyalty is earned, not demanded.

Leadership decisions aren't about finding the ideal - that's impossible; everyone you lead sees things differently. Rather, a decision is a configuration of benefits vs drawbacks. Selecting a configuration is situationally dependent on timing, interpersonal concerns, etc.
