A few of our experienced running pax facilitated a running seminar last night. Close to 20 pax, family and friends attended to hear some great topics to help them in their running journey. Shout out to Gator for organizing this event!

F3 Date Night was strong with over 31 couples in attendance and a few FNG prospects.

Run Rocklin was a success! Over 25 pax, their M’s, and 2.0 participated in either the 5K, 10k, or half marathon. Congrats to all you joined today! Shoutout to our amazing support team managing the booth!

Today 63(!) PAX gathered to honor and celebrate 1000 posts for Pyro. A true High Impact Man, Pyro walks the walk and talks the talk in all aspects of his Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. He has served Gold Rush and the Roseville/Rocklin community faithfully for nearly five years

Today at The Boiler a trillion apologies were not needed as Ms.Jackson brought 19 PAX a solid VQ beatdown. This HIM is 100% for real; Since joining F3 last year he has accelerated and become an inspirational and important part of Gold Rush. Keep pushing, brother.
