9 men set off from the Foxhole this morning in search of Hubbard Elementary and the opportunity to pray for their administration, faculty, staff, students, and families. Have a wonderful school year and be Hubbard Strong! Next stop: Mary Persons HS tomorrow at 0515. Tennis courts!

Thursday brought F3 Forsyth to Mary Persons High for a tour of the freshman and main campuses and prayers at all areas. Here’s to a wonderful school year where all obstacles can be overcome! We will be at MonroeCoAchieveCtr tomorrow to pray over there at 0515! Come out to run/ruck!

20 HIM (including 2 Friendly New Guys) came out to MonroeCoAchieveCtr to wish them luck and prayers this school year. So much good has come from this week and there’s one more chance to pray tomorrow morning at 0600. Meet at the MP tennis courts to ruck/pray for MonroeCountySchools!

Successful culmination of our prayer workouts this week occurred at the BOE, where 9 men congregated and rucked to pray over the flagship building of MCS! The prayer week may be over, but there’s a circle of trust at every workout. Come check us out! Message us for more info!

We recently had two of our guys complete 50 mile races!! I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle Stephens (aka Mater) and Ro Dixon (aka Cabbage) for completing this incredible accomplishment!! Way to go guys!

This past weekend we had over 20 members run in the Forsythia 5k! The number 1 and number 2 spots overall were held by F3 guys! Great job to all of the men who ran the race!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the 8 members of F3 Forsyth who recently completed the nearly 15 mile Tyler | OMiT Beast race!!! If this is something you have ever wanted to try, come out and start prepping for next years race!

This past weekend our Nantan (leader) completed the incredible accomplishment of finishing his first 100 mile race!! He completed is first 50 mile race at the end of January and immediately signed up for his 100 miler. He completed 101+ miles in 31 hours. Amazing work Mater!!

We had 21 members gather this morning for a Good Friday run or ruck!! We also got to celebrate a new site Q at the Academy! Fitness. Fellowship. Faith.

Last week our very own Nick Morgan (AKA Dirty Dawg) competed in the Boston Marathon! He finished in 3 hours and 17 minutes. Congratulations on this amazing accomplishment!

This Memorial Day we had 14 members of F3 Forsyth gather in the rain to honor those brave soldiers who gave the ultimate price for our country. We completed the Murph which consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats, followed by another mile.

6 HIM lined up to stack the crack this morning at the Foxhole. Put in a lot of sweat equity out on the track and got an education in early hip hop songs too. #notjustaworkout

Men of the Forsyth, GA area, if you have been looking to better yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually come out to a workout. Regardless of your age or current fitness level, all men are welcome. Everyone starts for the fitness but the fellowship and faith keep us coming
