Yesterday the explore4knowledge team made their way to one of the oldest mangrove swamps on the eastern coast of South Africa, and stopped by to view Raffia palm trees in Mtunzini. #Soweto2Sodwana

The team and chefs had dinner at 9th Avenue Bistro where they met with Constantijn Hahndiek and Jackie Cameron. It was a wonderful evening with great atmosphere and delicious dinner.

At uShaka Marine World the team and chefs were toured around the park seeing all the marine life they have to show.

To end an amazing day off, the team and chefs were hosted by Ocean Basket. Great hospitality from owner and head chef - Jason Powell.
