Hey, Delta - I normally rave about you. Your people are great, even today at O'Hare Intl. Airport. We've been here 9+ hrs for a 12:20 PM flght. Management could have anticipated issues staffing today's planes after Blue Screen Friday, so why not have issued realistic delay notifications?
