Ape not kill ape

Rewatching Dawn of the Planet of the Apes with my youngest for the first time since I saw it in the theater with my eldest... Powerful film. An antidote to racism in a sense. Seeing it post-pandemic is chilling. Might have to change my profile pic to Caesar.

This is rapidly becoming my favorite fantasy trilogy ever. Haven't yet seen War for the Planet of the Apes. I hope it delivers as brilliantly as the first two.

Started wearing berets to better match attire in a quartet. Porkpie had been my previous go to. Quartet disbanded, but I found I love berets - especially in cool fall weather. Quartets come and go. The beret stays.
