This is what people mean when say “unethical” hoops. This is simply not Basketball. Try to stick your arm underneath someone else’s to make it look like you got hooked. No real effort to try and get by them. Call it crafty if you want, I say it’s lazy.

If Steph got these soft ass calls they give Shai for just touching him or grabbing him just a tiny bit the Warriors would never lose a game. It is incredible how opposite those two are officiated. It’s amazing.

I think the way his lack of a whistle informs his game, which in turn impacts his body, doesn’t get discussed enough. He has to move non-stop to get a shot off because otherwise people are holding him. Allowing him to be manhandled is genuinely increasing his injury risk.

This brand of “basketball” is detrimental to the game. It’s impromptu theater. If the league wants to keep this product entertaining, they need to eliminate this sort of behavior from the game entirely. It’s blatantly obvious that is not a natural motion.
