Went back to Sutton House NT after a few months away and I was SO excited to see the paper cuts on display. Had a little cry - they continue to make my heart skip a beat. I hope those talented 17C schoolgirls would be thrilled to know their handiwork is admired 350 years on

Fascinating morning at Bristol University’s Special Collections special collections archive with the archivists and Dr M-Annick Gournet (PhD), FRSA - Dad and I were blown away to see documents from the 18th century regarding Grenada sugar cane plantations part-owned by our ancestors.
