Delighted to say that next semester I’ll be a Visiting Scholar at Campion Hall, Oxford Campion Hall, researching the classical natural law/Christian democratic roots of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Glad to see my report with David Kenny for Irish Human Rights & Equality Commission on collective bargaining and the Irish Constitution is generating some scholarly debate! I will return to this topic to address the criticisms of the report in the near future.
Looking forward to joining TCD Law School for the upcoming semester to do a bit of adjunct lecturing in EU law!
