FYI - maxEB spec is being decided rn and they're looking for people to speak up on custom ceilings

A custom ceiling allows you to set whatever # you want to compound up to for your validator (e.g. 37)

imo not including this would remove a lot of the benefits for solo stakers

The Rocket Pool Grants Committee just extended funding to the public goods project, Rocket Rescue Node, for expanding its services to solo stakers. This initiative underscores the DAO's commitment to aligning with decentralized values and the solo staking community.

This EIP research post provides the rationale for adjusting Ethereum’s issuance policy to use a reward curve with tempered issuance. The post covers the relevant trade-offs that must be navigated, reviews security considerations, and discusses the endgame.
