“SB 260 affirms that access to menstrual products is essential healthcare and is a human right.” —Esther, Generation Ratify CA Thank you Esther Lau for testifying in support of #SB260 at the Senate GO hearing on Tuesday! #EndPeriodPovertyCA #MenstrualEquityActof2023 Senator Caroline Menjivar

SB 260 would alleviate financial stress for families in CalWORKs so they don’t have to choose between menstrual products and other necessities through $20/month. We urge members of the Senate Approps to take SB 260 off suspense.
