In this study, we show marked baseline sex differences in expression levels of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the depressed human brain and establish one such lncRNA, which we term FEDORA, in contributing to depression in females only. Friedman Brain Institute science.org/doi/10.1126/scโฆ
