NGL, I miss the old online coaching days. MOST were real coaches with experience, not 24-year-olds with abs and tren. The content was primarily long-form and gave context to lifters. People weren't as jaded from poor products &unqualified coaches under-delivering. Welp.

Hmm. I tend to think many are passionate about not sexually assaulting kids, promising to reveal the details about Epstein as promised.

Interesting observation... Blue-collar folks generally talk about sales, getting deals, and how much they save. White-collar professionals typically discuss strategies for building wealth and acquiring assets.

The number one golfer in the world just called winning major championships “not fulfilling.” Countless people have sent it to me and asked for my take. Here’s what I keep coming back to: There is no greater trap than thinking that the accomplishment of some goal will fulfill

The less you sleep, the less energy you have. The less energy you have, the less you move. The less you move, the more weight you gain. Sleep like it’s your secret weapon—Because it is.

Trying to get lean? Your training stays the same. Lift heavy. Build strength. Keep muscle. The only thing that changes is your diet. Turning your workouts into cardio bootcamps is how you lose strength, not fat. Let the diet do the cutting.

Yet another study showing similar whole muscle hypertrophy when training with heavy vs light loads. The evidence is overwhelming. May be a benefit to varying rep ranges for optimal results; for the gen pop likely doesn't make a meaningful difference 💪 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
