Produkcja tranzystorów w domu? A dlaczego by nie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Wymiary struktury krzemowej ~2x4mm. Szerokość kanału ~0.5mm.

TDA4470 is a multistandard video-IF and quasi parallel sound processing integrated circuit coming from an CRT TV, whos having his own micro TV on itself 📺 For some reason marking on the die is TDA4474. #Silicondoodle

While looking through old photo archives, I found a stork! I remember that it comes from RAM, but I have no idea what its markings were ☹️

IR2520D is an adaptive ballast control ic coming from a CFL light bulb. As you can see, this integrated circuit likes to play Pac-Man, and for some reason he hates conventional light bulbs.

Hey! Here we have another integrated circuit made by Dialog. Like the previous one, the I75602 also contain an old fashion cell phone #Silicondoodle. I open it up many years ago using a gas torch, so it's a little bit burnt.

MCY74050 is an hex inverting buffer/ CMOS to TTL converter made by CEMI in old aluminum gate technology. You can clearly see six individual buffers on the die. By the way.. This little bustard push my macro photography setup to his limits 😣

So... Just for fun, I decided to repackage the PMOS transistor die that I extracted from the AP1530 chip. At first I wanted to connect the wire to four of the six bond wires on the top electrode, but I could only catch two of them. Anyway, it works fine 🙃

Here we have a video showing that the repackaged transistor still working. The gate of the transistor maintains his charge after "click", so there isn't any leakage at all- that's great! 😁

I measured shutter speed of my SLR film camera like a pro, using homemade USB oscilloscope and an old UV EPROM as a photodiode. You can see an example measurement in the photo. The camera was set to 1/8s (125ms), and the measurement result is 125.4ms - not bad.
