Fascinating early findings on the new lockdown rhythm of life. One hour more lie-in and active mornings. Importantly, the evening peak is more relaxed. Keep recording with JoyMeter.uk #lockdown #ResearchHighlight @CREDS_UK ECI, Univ of Oxford University of Oxford

Electricity demand is down and all that rhythm is gone. Lot's to learn for future system operation. #Renewables aren't the only thing that's variable. @CREDS_UK UKERC ECI, Univ of Oxford ng_eso UK Smart Grid

Data from the Energy Use UK shows that days in lockdown start on average half hour later: more gardening, more time in front of a screen (arguably because of #workingfromhome for adults as well as #homelearning for children), consuming more hot drinks and do not reading more.
