Cones make for great visuals and consistent placement of the feet. Placement of your cones are determinate of where you start. The back cone is for our left foot. The middle cones are to make sure your Negative Movement is minimal. The top cone is where we want to end up.

This progression will support your hard slap. In the video I stop at contact and encourage you to move through extension. Now.. go create chaos!
