Add to Robert Scoble's point here - on the Holodeck in Star Trek, things went wrong, but everything stayed on the Holodeck (sorta like Vegas). The challenge with AI is it's not in a specific location. Everywhere becomes the Holodeck - which will be amazing but far more challenging.
