The season right before you elevate can often look like everything is falling apart. Nothing is making sense. What you thought it was, isn’t any more. This is preparation. This is life making room for so much more.

The illusion is collapsing. Anything that was not built on truth or divinity is dissolving. The old world is burning down. Meanwhile, a new world is emerging. A new paradigm that will be led by those who have built themselves brick by brick, as leaders of the new.

The good news is that no matter how sick you are, the moment you change the way you eat, think, and live, your body will begin to repair and regenerate itself. All you have to do is remain consistent.

Spirituality isn’t for people who are concerned about right vs. wrong. Spirituality is for those of us who stopped caring about right vs. wrong a long time ago. Because in the realm of the unseen, there is no right or wrong. There is simply Truth. Spirituality is about Truth.

If you hate corporate / office politics and think you are above them and refuse to play, you will lose. All workplaces are a competition for resources. You are fighting against evolutionary wiring. I held this belief that politics were beneath me for 25 years. Results, not good.

Although it’s clear Amanda Seales didn’t debate intelligent conservatives, that’s still an accurate demonstration of the average Black conservative you run into & there’s absolutely no point talking to ppl who “don’t believe in redlining” as if the facts require belief to exist.

When I was teaching, I had a student who was a Black Italian, & I was just like wow. He was Haitian, but his parents moved to Italy, so he was born & raised there. I could tell he was Haitian, but I was not ready for him to tell me that his nationality was Italian.
